一、售前服务

1、在对客户是实验室功用、要求有初步了解的基础上，委派经过专业培训的实验室家具设计或销售工程师与客户讨论设计方案。

2、考虑客户的不同需求，本着“人性化”的原则，设计工程师根据场地空间、造型、安全性、便利性等情况，CAD电脑绘图系统出具设计图及家具的详细规格，为客户提供更直观、专业的产品建议和布置方案。

3、与客户确定设计方案后，设计工程师到工地测量核实尺寸以保证图纸的准确无误。

二、售中服务

1、坚持严格遵循客户在产品材料与尺度等工艺技术上的要求进行生产制造。

2、严格依据双方已确定的设计方案进行专业安装，避免不必要的失误，每一项工程均经过周密部署，注重整体安装细节，展现完美的整体工程。

三、售后服务

1、从合同签订之日起至质保期内，我司对所有提供的产品提供免修服务。

2、在保修期内产品出现任何质量问题，维修工程师将在接到客户维修通知后24小时内联系沟通并到现场处理，一周内进行免费维修和更换。

3、对于我司所售产品，我司将对其承诺终身维修服务。

I. pre-sales service

2, considering the different needs of customers, in line with the principle of "human nature", the design engineer according to the site space, modelling, safety, convenience, etc., issued by CAD computer graphics system design drawings and specifications for the furniture, to provide more intuitive, professional advice and layout of products.

3. After confirming the design plan with the customer, the design engineer shall check the dimensions to ensure the accuracy of the drawings.

Ii. Service in sale

1. Adhere to strict compliance with customers' requirements on product materials and scale technology and manufacturing.

2, strictly according to the design scheme of the two sides have been identified for professional installation, avoid unnecessary mistakes, each project have been careful deployment, pay attention to the overall installation details, show the perfect project as a whole.

3. After-sales service

1. From the date of the signing of the contract to the warranty period, our company will provide free service for all products provided.

2, during the warranty period, any quality problem, maintenance engineer will contact within 24 hours after informed the customer maintenance and on-site processing, for free repair and replacement within a week.

3. For the products sold by our company, our company will undertake a lifetime maintenance service.
